      <description>&lt;P&gt;Want some advice.i have a sony smart tv which for 18 months worked fine no connection issues.Approx 6 months ago started having connectivity issues,message saying ethernet connected but no internet.found that sony can have issues so recently bought a apple 4k tv box to use to stream content rather than use tv smart hub.however connectivity issues still there so thinking may be issue with router settings.using ethernet to connect to apple device.any advice welcome.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried a pin reset of the router - hold a pin or paperclip in the reset hole at the back for 10 seconds and this will fully reset the router.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Set this back up and see if the devices work with the router.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just a couple of thoughts: have you tried a different ethernet cable? And is this connected directly between router and device, or using powerline adapters?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
