Broadband cuts every time it rains hard.

We have a problem with our braordband going down when it rains hard. The phone still works when this happens.

This is as well as the broardband rebooting itself on a regular basis.

This was hapening before we had our account transfered to Talk Talk from Shell and its definately not going away. We have tried to contact Talk Talk by phone with no luck so far. We just end up listening to the drab music endlessly.
