    <description>&lt;P&gt;The problem is my grey cable is broken and I’ve phoned for a replacement weeks ago still haven’t received it I then phoned back and had been told it would be resolved it’s now another 2 weeks down the line and still not got it so I rather just change suppliers than keep phoning everyday to not get anywhere&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;By "grey cable" do you mean the cable from the router to the phone socket/filter?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think TalkTalk would generally just send you a full new router with all the accessories rather than a singe cable but I'm curious why you don't&amp;nbsp;just buy one from a shop or the many online retailers?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
