hello. I have a problem because I want to contact via live chat but it hasn't worked for me for 2 weeks. I don't want to talk on the phone because my English is poor. since 4.11.24 I have a new full fiber service provider and the contract on the talktalk account has not been closed and I need a final bill

today I got a letter that I have to send my old router back when the contract ends. And with this contract I didn't get a new router because it was a continuation of another contract and the previous one was ending

If it's a fairly recent model, you have to send it back, so you'll need a returns bag if you haven't already got one.

I have been using my router for 4 years and I no longer have a talktalk router, I only have my tp-link

You can send them any tech, but not compulsory if not listed.

You will receive a bill on the 8th December showing a credit that you can request a refund for via My Account, your final zero balance bill will be on the 8th Jan 25.
