Do you have an eero as part of a TalkTalk Full Fibre service? If so what are the lights on the ONT showing? If you do have Full Fibre try turning off both the ONT and the eero at the mains for a full 30 minutes and see if that helps.

Have any of the lights changed on the ONT box on the wall too?
