Thanks for taking the time, however:

- the live chat link does not lead to live chat it only states opening hours, and what is the point of opening hours when there is no easy way to find a link to live chat; Why isn't there a live chat icon fixed on the home page or every single page? Because this is a shoddy company that is why and they don't want to talk to anyone, ironic given the company name although not as ironic as you might think given that the second 'talk' in 'talktalk' cancels out the first meaning that they do not represent communication at all.

- no one picks up the telephone

- customers have to travel around the entire website just to find contact links and no two routes are ever the same and you cannot get in touch with a single person easily
