Afternoon Keith

No it's still no green light but I tested with a volt stick & there is power going to it. It's strange

We had a power cut yesterday & since then the box in the office hasn't got any light on it. Plus the computer that is right next to it is running slower

Any suggestions would help, I've done the normal turn off & on etc

It sounds like that eero was taken out by the power cut (unusual). The PC is running slower, because it is using the WiFi from the gateway eero near the ONT.

You are confusing me, first, you said that the extender eero did not have any light on it & now you are saying that it has no green light on it, which is it? Both eeros should have a solid white light when all is working correctly.

Please can you PM me (to preserve your privacy) a screenshot of the Home tab of the eero app, then I will have an idea as to what is going on.
