      <description>&lt;P&gt;Why have I been charged £30 for a new router when its replacing a faulty one? I have had to spend hours over 2 days on live chat to get it sorted and now i dont understand this sudden charge. I saw another post of them being charged for delivery too but I havent seen any email about that yet.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can someone help me here?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
