Charged £30 for a new router to replace a faulty one?

Why have I been charged £30 for a new router when its replacing a faulty one? I have had to spend hours over 2 days on live chat to get it sorted and now i dont understand this sudden charge. I saw another post of them being charged for delivery too but I havent seen any email about that yet.

can someone help me here?

If you would like the support team to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.
