I've experienced unstable connection since more than a week. Cant use the internet properly.

It's worth switching off the router for a full 30 minutes, @Shilji aand see if it's more stable when it starts a new session after that.

You could also set it up afresh directly at the test socket for staff to check whether there is trouble on the Openreach side of your service. See this article:
