      <description>&lt;P&gt;due to a problem with renewing my contract with talk talk my internet access was cut of on 1st october and not restored till the 8th november but despite many visits from engineers i sill do not have working fibre broadband i am using internet via my phone line also my phone number was changed despite being assured i could keep my old number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;talk talks customer service is the worst as no one helps&lt;/P&gt;</description>
