You cannot whitelist a domain on the router. Any blocking of a Domain would be done at a network level and not on an individual router. If you currently use Homesafe via My Account then you can add a domain to this, to avoid it being blocked by parental controls etc.

Alternatively you can also change the DNS within the router to use google DNS to bypass any blocking via TalkTalk DNS servers etc.
