Move my external box and ent internally

Hi I'm hoping you can help me with this as I'm really struggling to get an answer etc.

We have had building work done at our house and I need the external brown box on the wall outside and the black box inside think it's called the ent moved. Our electrician has put all the ducting in place and drilled the holes for the re route of the fibre etc. I just need to get the engineer booked in with yourselfs for city fibre to attend. We did have an appointment last month but had to cancel due to not being ready at our house for them.

I have tried to message on watsapp with talk talk and called and I just hit dead ends! It is really important that this stuff gets moved to continue the work at our property. Also my partner works from home so have to ensure she has Internet.

Someone came back on the wataspp group that I was trying to speak to someone on yesterday, could you please request them to call me rather then message as its hard to communicate on there!

The team should call to go over everything with you. Unfortunately I don't have a direct number for them as they are an internal team but I have passed it over and asked if they can make contact ASAP. When they call it would also be worth asking them to confirm the total price of this work as this can vary depending on the work required.
