    <description>&lt;P&gt;My contract runs out in 2 weeks. I've had an email from TT but think i'll leave as the cost is too high and I can get faster and cheaper broadband from SKY. Do I have to wait til the 2 weeks have gone before I can switch and will I have to pay&amp;nbsp; a penalty if I switch beforehand?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have less than 30 days on your contract you can give notice to leave without penalty.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Have you spoken to the Loyalty Team to discuss a new contract or upgrading?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This team hold the best deals and it's usually worth speaking with them before negotiating with an alternative supplier.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Sorry that you are leaving, you can contact another supplier and ask them to request to take over the line, that will allow a seamless transfer with no loss of service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
