    <description>&lt;P&gt;My elderly parents have got issues with their phone &amp;amp; internet. The phone works if plugged directly in to the wall socket but not when the internet is connected via a splitter &amp;amp; D-link. We’ve bought a new splitter/D-link but that’s not helping. I need an engineer to come &amp;amp; look at it but I can’t find a number. The bots just send me rounds in circles.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Please can you add your parents name, account number and an alternative contact number to your Community Profile please and I can arrange for our Faults Escalations Team to contact your parents directly. Please do not post any personal information on the Community.&lt;/P&gt;
