      <title>Unable to speak to customer services</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried to speak to customer services for the last two days. Each time I complete the automated procedure, &amp;nbsp;then when it says will put me through to speak to an advisor I receive a message saying sorry but your call cannot be completed. Has anybody else had the same problem as I feel that talk talk have deliberately blocked my tel number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well if nobody is prepared to speak to me then that is what I will do. Seems to be a common problem with talk talk poor customer services.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Experiencing similar problems. TalkTalk has stolen £75 from my account, despite explicit assurances that they would compensate me for their errors. Now it’s impossible to get through to an actual person when I make that specific request.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
