      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;How can I get to speak to a real person about my daily need to restart my Router.&lt;BR /&gt;All I get is the Robot that tests the line and Router but never finds the ongoing daily problem?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I spoke with someone who said they were sending out a replacement router a week ago&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am still waiting for one ,,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How do I escalate this &amp;nbsp;problem ???&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
