    <description>&lt;P&gt;Chris, we are all experiencing issues, just look in the last three days how many people including myself are having this issue, no one has got back to me other than extremely unprofessional support over the weekend and three hour wait times to speak to someone, we need to know what is going on, I was told a new router would be sent out to me and then he changes his mind because he said my internet was fine, it is not fine, so many of us are experiencing issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Internet drops out every 30-45 mins. White light on router stays solid. It has been a problem only this week and not before. Really hard to get on with work etc. with it like this. Please can&amp;nbsp;you advise.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
