    <description>&lt;P&gt;my internet keep dropping out and robo says its a common fault, can it be fixed? maybe a new router, please stop telling me to turn it on and off i have done this multipull times it is getting to the point i need to look at a new supplier for my internet, please fix this Thank you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As you say it's a known fault.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A new router will not help as the fault will be replicated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Engineers are actively working on it and it's been raised as an incident to the highest level.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately the old rebooting trick is the only relief at the moment. Dome people have tried changing the DNS servers, but have still experienced the issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you wish you can also try using google DNS - 8.8.8.8 &amp;nbsp;&amp;amp; &amp;nbsp;8.8.4.4 &amp;nbsp;to see if this helps improve stability :&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
