Router kicks me out when other people join, plus other service availability issues

For the past couple of weeks I've been having major issues with my wifi.

I work from home and I'm finding that when other family members come home and join the network, I am immediately kicked off it and then so are they. We then need to restart the router and can all use the wifi successfully.

This is causing problems on my pc and mobile/tablet.

Separate to this we're also finding the service drops frequently in the evenings so we're unable to watch TV - getting apps not available messages or streaming platforms buffering and dropping off.

I'm sorry to hear this. Can I just ask, does the light remain white on the router when this happens? Which devices cause the connection to drop?
