No lights at all I have tried everything and have tried to contact the online support but due to having no internet I keep getting timed out

for the past week I have had internet ten minutes at a time and that’s not long enough to get in touch with online support

Router has been broken for a while now fed up with chatting on line I am getting nowhere was told before Easter weekend router has been sent out have not received, going to cancel and switch to sky trying to speed to a person is nearly impossible not happy with customer service
