&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear this and I'll take a look now. I've run a test on the line which has detected a potential external line fault so I've passed this over to Openreach now to complete an external line investigation. I'll re-check the fault again this afternoon to see if we have received an update back.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>No internet since 15:15 on 17 December 2024</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The router LED is flashing orange.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Seems to be similar to previous faults on my line which occurred at the exchange.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phoned customer support and the automatic line check returned okay. Was sent an email which provided a chat link which is pointless as I am unable to access the internet at home (I'm currently in the library).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried hard resetting the router.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Gave up trying to speak to someone at TalkTalk yesterday as no one was answering.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My home phone and&amp;nbsp; mobile number are in my profile if someone can contact me, I should be home from 11am today.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the updates. I managed to get through to customer service yesterday afternoon and they detected the fault. They spent quite a while talking with OpenReach to resolve it, seems to be somewhere between the exchange and my property.&amp;nbsp; At the moment I'm in the library trying to book an OpenReach engineer to visit my property.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My internet came back about 30 minutes ago,&amp;nbsp; just before 12. Not sure what to do now as the OpenReach engineer is still booked from between 1 and 6.&amp;nbsp; I assume OpenReach fixed a fault at the exchange. Should I expect a call from them still? There's no update on my account and there doesn't seem to be a chat link that I can use to chat with someone online (as I did when I booked the engineer). I might try ringing customer support again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
