Missing Sagecom wifi extender

Hi I have wifi signal issues and an engineer confirmed this and recommended two wifi extenders in areas with poor signals.Talktalk customer service contacted me and advised two devices will be posted and today when royal mail delivered it,there was only one extender .Can the customer service confirm that both were posted or only one?
