You need to complete your community forum profile details for Talktalk staff to identify your account, @Sunilkumaryep.

Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu....add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. Scroll down to find the button to SAVE CHANGES.

Staff are on here tomorrow, Friday, then Monday.

There's also support on 03451 720088 or Chat but check opening hours carefully. They are listed near the bottom of this page:
