topic Total loss of service for a month, no compensation, moved and still being charged. in Broadband

I had a total loss of broadband service for a month, went through so many service people trying to resolve the problem, every day hours chatting and repeating the steps to no avail. Was sent a new router, same problem. Had a few times during the month where i received an out of the blue message saying a fix had been applied, twice it fixed the service for a few hours but then not working again.

By this time i was fed up and moved to Plusnet, had great service ever since their install. They were supposed to cancel the service, i told talk-talk support that i was cancelling and sent the equipment back. I've not received compensation and still you try to charge me.

This is really bad service, you will lose a lot of customers in the future by continuing to treat customers in this way.

Not sure where i go from here, of-com?

To confirm, the fault was not actually fixed before you left?
