      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the 19th my internet went down. The router has flashed amber since. When it first started, the talktalk site said about hub issues. I was away over Christmas till the 27th and had turned the router off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried everything on the site, resetting, taking cables out etc&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Longer it goes on, longer it's affecting day to day as I'm leaning on my phone's data to do anything.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
