You would be best to speak to the dedicated Shell Migration team on 03451 720088 (open 9am - 7pm), as staff here have limited or no access to the Shell systems.
When you call is answered be specific and ask for the Shell migration team.

I migrated over from shell and a few days ago had no internet. The router was blue but wasn't picking up my broadband. Talk talk reset the router and increased the signal and now it is dropping the connection and then coming back on again.

Is this my router?

I haven't got anywhere asking for help other than offered a improve wi-fi guide, to buy a new router or change my package to one with a mesh boost. I have tried a mesh system but as the router is dropping the connection so that is no improvement.

I also live in a poor area for broadband my line only runs about 30 and since having this broadband can't get it all around my small house and now its dropping out every few hours.

The terms of your shell contract continue which is why you need to take up with the migration team.

Could you please not post on other people's threads as this causes delays to other customers and can cause confusion.

Thank you
