      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ditto - no internet for 4 hours and no point trying to connect to chat - not responding. been holding for 1 hour. &lt;SPAN&gt;My internet connection is also completely off with the red light is showing on the eero router and&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;I too have&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;had to connect via a temporary day pass with EE to be able to find out what going on!!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Surely it cannot be right that it will take them until Friday to fix???&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The Network issue affecting some customers in the North West / Manchester areas was resolved yesterday. &amp;nbsp;Please let me know if you are still seeing any issues.&lt;/P&gt;
