    <title>topic Dropping connection in Broadband</title>
    <link>https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Broadband/Dropping-connection/m-p/3089026#M876287</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;My dropping connection is a recurring problem over the last few months. During that time my router was reset with software at least 3 times via online chat to the tech team, but the 'fix' usually only lasted from 0 to 7 days at best. I keep resetting the router myself, which also does not help. The tests to my connection (and other tests) keep coming up as 'fixed'. BUT my problem persists. I have previously read on this blog that, since I am a customer that was transferred to TalkTalk from Shell BB, my router might be needing replaced, but as the tech team keeps 'fixing' the problem they refuse to send me a replacement. Not sure where to go next.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
