      <description>&lt;P&gt;Broadband has stopped working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Raised a automatic line test which highlighted an issue and a fault has been raised. I have since noted there is no indicator showing on the HUB unit or a LAN indicator on the Openreach unit. All cabling is correctly connected. Is this&amp;nbsp; power issue with the HUB.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line now which is clear. Would you like us to send a replacement router for testing purposes to rule this out?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Replacement Router has arrived and installed.&amp;nbsp; No issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Old unit will be posted back.&amp;nbsp; It seems to have an intermittent fault connected to the power supply.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
