Why?

If you have an issue please describe this so support staff can advise and look into when they are back after the weekend.

It's old and I have to restart it often.

Have you tried resetting it via the pinhole reset on the back of the router?

This will reset it to factory settings, ensure it has latest software and clear any bugs there may be.

If you have changed your user name and password you will need to do do again as this will revert these to those shown on the reverse of the router.
