Internet does not work

We have been trying for days to contact you. Our connection just keeps going off. One of us works from home and can’t work? Why can’t we speak to a real person? If this is not sorted now we will cancel. We need reliable connection to earn money and pay our mortgage. What the heck is going on

For them to identify your account, please complete your community forum profile details. Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu....complete Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.

Please only follow up on this thread, rather than other customers' and I'll remove duplicates.

The forum is support among customers 24/7/365, staff are on here early from Monday.
