We recently signed up for the postcode lottery online. Initially we could get straight onto the website and do the quiz etc. After a week this changed and all that came up on screen was hmmm

cannot reach this page. Also when trying on our phones screen displayed connection for this site is not secure. We can't work out what has gone wrong having tried disconnecting from the wifi for just over 30 minutes and the screen is still showing the same. There isn't anything set re gambling sites so we're stumped. Can anyone having experienced let us know how to solve the problem we would appreciate your advice. Bear in mind we are rubbish at IT stuff!

Hi Sturminster, I can see in Kidsafe you have gambling blocked. That setting will block the postcode lottery as lotteries are classed as gambling. You'd need to put the postcode lottery address you're trying to access in allowed.
