Hi

Line tests are showing a Battery fault out to Line.

I've logged this out to Openreach for investigation.

Thanks

Faulty router

My router keeps dropping out and the only way to get it back on is to restart it, the light on the router doesn’t change when it drops out. I spent an hour on the tech support chat last week and I was told that it was now fixed but it is still dropping out for no reason, I would appreciate if you could send me a new router as I believe that is the problem.

This may not be the router at all, but the fix would be dependent on knowing the answers to these two questions:-

1. What make/model of router do you have (if this is a TalkTalk router, these details will be on a label on the rear or underside of it)?
2. If you have any wired connections, are they affected in the same way as wireless ones?
