Morning Joe,

I'm sorry to hear this and we can look into this for you. I've run a test on the line now which is clear, although it can see re-trains on the line and also regular interferences observed on weekends.

Is your connection also unstable or are you rebooting/switching off the router? Is the packet loss permanent or intermittent? Does it seems to happen a specific times of the day for example evenings or weekends? Does it also happen if you connect wired?

EDIT -I can see that you have a different topic and my colleague Debbie is sending a replacement router.

Thanks

Michelle

Yes i only restart when i have the issues with packet loss and not accessing certain websites do you think there could be an issue with the physical line then if the connection keeps dropping or is it more likely be due to Network congestion? Is does seem to be worse at night , but I had this problem for about a year but then fthrough December it was working amazing no issues what so ever then all of sudden it came but with a vegans worse than before

Hi Joe,

It could be related if the connection is unstable. It would be worth trying the new router just to rule this out. If the packet loss is still present with the new router connected then please let us know.

Thanks

Hi Joe,

No problem. Hopefully the replacement will fix the whole issue but if not then just post back here.

Thanks
