Changing equipment delivery address

Hi, I would just like check if i can change the address which my equipment will be delivered to?

What equipment are you expecting, @Rowanp1?

If it's part of first setting up a service, it will come to the address of the service.

If it's a replacement router etc, it can be possible to select where to collect something from via the delivery service website [ie Royal Mail etc].

If ordering from forum staff, you can add the alternative address in Private Notes near the end of Personal Information in your profile. SAVE CHANGES.

Equipment is usually delivered to the service address on the account. This cannot be changed permanently, but when placing an order for equipment an agent can override the address and change the delivery address when placing the order.

I am expenting a router, as I am moving home but my connection date changed by a few days and now I will be in my new home but it states on my account it will be delivered to my old address.

Once the router is with the courier, we cannot change the delivery address but it would be returned and we can then place a new order. If however this is for an install at a new address, the router will usually be sent to the new address just prior to the installation.
