My broadband is down, says i do not have permission to join the network. Help please. I have medical equipment connected to it.

I have. Im trying to phone but the automated line aint helpful. I have learning disabliitys too so this is stressful

If you can add the home phone number or account number to your 'Community Profile' , we can take a look and see if there are any issues.

@Ryan96, when you have completed your information, you need to scroll down the page a bit to find a blue SAVE CHANGES button. Click on that, as otherwise the information is lost.
