&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;No changes have been made to the router or firmware recently that would stop our VPN from working, and we are not seeing any other reports.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried a pin reset of the router - hold a pin or paperclip in the reset hole at the back for 10 seconds and this will fully reset the router.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let me know if this clears the issue, If not, we can swap out the router.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Unable to connect to Work VPN</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi woke up today, and cant connect to work VPN, have reached out to other users and they are not having problems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We use forticlient for connection, as a test i connected my computer to my mobilephone and used that as a hot spot, and connected fine, seem to be to do with Talktalk, or my Hub, as you can understand i need a soultion for this asap?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There are certainly no known VPN issues with your router. Karl did say he would replace it for you though.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
