    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My WiFi Hub/router is no longer providing an internet connection.&amp;nbsp; I have tried turning it off, leaving it , then turning it on but all that happens is that it flashes orange with no internet.&amp;nbsp; I have checked all the connections and have also used the re set facility, but nothing works.&amp;nbsp; I have plugged in my smart TV to check our internet connection and that works fine, so the fault is clearly with the WiFi Hub/router.&amp;nbsp; Please can you send a replacement router as you had to do in October 2022 when the previous WiFi Hub stopped working.&amp;nbsp; Thank you.&amp;nbsp; Gary&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've ordered a replacement router, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let us know how the connection compares with this router.&lt;/P&gt;
