    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and investigate it for you.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have Fibre 150 plus package for 24 month contract that started in April 2024. I am a TT customer for a good 17 years unbroken. In recent months i have been experiencing some issue with internet not connecting at times - mostly at night. I have noticed two changes with the modem: the internet light is dead and LAN light keeps flickering most of the times. In fact all the times.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My question is , Is there an issue with the modem? Do I need to replace it? It was given to me few years back and not last year. If replacement is needed please arrange one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your quick response is appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
