&lt;P&gt;It will be difficult for staff to check what's going on without your completed community profile, so please go via your avatar; settings etc and add your Talktalk phone number or account number in&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Personal Information. Scroll down further to SAVE CHANGES.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
