Recently upgraded to full fibre 500 but only getting 94 mbps. Anyone could please tell me why?.supposed to be getting 5oombps please help thanks in advance.

I'm sorry to hear this. Have you tried powering down the ONT and router for a full 30 minutes and then re-tested the speed again please?

Hi thanks for getting back to me, yes powered down onto and router but still on 94 maps. anything else I can try?

Hello,

Thanks for trying this. I've run a test on the line now which is clear, however it's suggesting rebooting the router and then checking that all the correct cables are connected securely.

What speeds do you see if you remove the router and connect a device wired directly at the ONT?
