Good morning,

I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on your line now which is clear, no faults detected, however it has detected that the connection is unstable. Does your main socket have a test socket please? Is there any noise on the voice service? Have you tried using a different router just to see how this compares?

Thanks

So yet again I lose Internet for "a few days" because talk talk can't do what they promised... provide an unbroken broadband connection

Coming to the end of my rope with this, someone fix my Internet!

You now have my phone number on another page, all I want to know is why every single day my Internet drips out and now I am locked out from even doing a speed test because the last test failed, this is getting silly now, I have replaced every cable and filter in my network so either its your end or the router you forced upon me instead of letting me buy the router I wanted to use like other isps, I shouldnt be losing Internet everyday

You can use your own router if you like. Which make/model are you using presently?
