      <description>&lt;P&gt;my internet connection has been off and on for weeks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it seems to be fixed and i wae told by customer sefvices i will receive compensation for my inconvenience&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;tried to get in touch to discuss this yesterday by chat line&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ended up chatting to 4 different people for 2 hours then was told their to busy at the moment and that they will get back to me&amp;nbsp; which has not happened&lt;/P&gt;</description>
