      <title>An engineer will be allocated to investigate.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After moving over to TalkTalk due to a house move, my going live day was yesterday (26/02/25). The router would not connect when I tried to set it up so after doing my own troubleshooting, nothing worked so I called talktalk to which it was made clear there was a fault on my line and 'an engineer would be allocated to investigate the problem'. After a long discussion on the telephone with customer service, I was told an engineer would be looking in to this the following day. The following working day has no come to an end and I have not been updated on any progress as promised and I am still without any broadband. I clearly stated that if this was not resolved by the end of the week I would be cancelling my new account with TalkTalk and finding a more reputable internet provider but the lady I spoke to promised me it would be resolved. It has not been resolved. This is now 3 weeks without internet Has anyone had problems like this and if so how long did it take to get up and running?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
