How do I check if my internet service is down, and how long this will last for?

National outages can be found here, but there appear to be none, other than mention of the last storms that caused issues.

You can check your own connection issues in my Account, but if your internet is down, it won't be accessible.

Staff here are not back until Monday, so nest to either Phone or use Chat.
