Hi can I buy a talktalk Router as my service has been migrated to talk talk and my Router is very old?

If your router is not functioning well, it can be swapped for a new one, @Jodiejackson11292.

What do you have currently [extremely small writing on a label on the back]?

Are you encountering actual problems with it?

@Jodiejackson11292, if you've been migrated from Shell, you may still have to go through the Shell Migration team for support.

You'd need call 03451 720088 [closes 7pm] or use Chat during the day [closes 9pm] if that's the case. Wait and see what staff say on here first.
