&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We do not block teams across our network as this is a major communication tool used by about 90% of the organisations out there. &amp;nbsp;Teams is working here, and also from my home PC across the TalkTalk network.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Your organisation may need to configure teams itself to allow external participants to connect.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can also power off the router - and ONT if on full fibre for 30 minutes to clear the session and allow a new session to start, and then retest.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Settings for using Teams</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't use Teams.&amp;nbsp; My IT department thinks it is because any outside user cannot connect because they are blocked.&amp;nbsp; How do I change the settings so that colleagues can contact me.&amp;nbsp; Also my Hive has stopped working and I think this is due to the same problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
