topic Tariff in Broadband

I am confused as to why my broadband direct debit for March 2025 is £51.70 when for February it was £36.42.

Also I have received an email telling my router is out of date. How do I get a new one?

Would be grateful is someone can me me to discuss

Hi @Wulverghem your post has been escalated.

Have you any boosts which may have reached the end of their discounted period?

Is your router still doing a good job? If it ain't broke why fix it?😄

HI Wulverghem

The extra charges where for calls made, as you did not have the boost on your account when you renewed via the one click email you where sent, I apologize that the removal of your previous calls boost wasn't explained. I will add a credit as an apology

I can see that it has now been added.

Regards
