    <description>&lt;P&gt;We had an OpenReach engineer visit yesterday and he tested the incoming phone line and it was fine. He suggested we contact you at TalkTalk to get a new router as ours is very old. &amp;nbsp;After he left we still experienced drop-out. Therefore please can you send us a new router?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
