    <description>&lt;P&gt;Online chat function absolute waste of time, literally spend hours on it getting palmed off to someone new until the full circle moment happened and I was connected with th first guy again. Due to have full fibre installed as free upgrade 2 years ago, engineer never showed up. Had issues with Internet, booked engineer again.. didn't show up. And now been without Internet for 3 days with no solution even after spending 3 hours on chat function.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To save yourself time, please make sure that your community profile includes your first &amp;amp; last names, broadband phone number &amp;amp; if possible an alternative contact number. This can be done by clicking on your Avatar picture and then clicking on "My Settings" followed by:-&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Personal Profile &amp;gt; Personal Information&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Otherwise, TalkTalk will not be able to tie up your forum username to your broadband account. Only you &amp;amp; TalkTalk have visibility of your details.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
